How much water should one drink every day?

There is no fix formula for this , but an Adult man should drink atleast 3 litre and an Adult Women should drink 2.5 litre per day.

But there is some weight theory . For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, you might want to drink at least 80 ounces of water or other fluids per day.
