Daily 30 minutes Walk Save you from a Diabetes

Now Doctor suggest that if a person walk 30 minutes daily , he can easily avoid high sugar in blood or Diabetes.

Exercise daily is must ,once can easily save his/her health by some normal exercise daily.

Do some Yoga ,or make simple brisk walk in morning or evening for 30 minutes.It will also help from heart attack and kidney failures.
