Benefit of Cycling

There are good benefit of cycling .Some of them are :

(i) Reduce Stress : It will reduce stress as you pass more time on two wheel. It will keep your mind aside from your regular stress and daily work.

(ii) Improve Stamina and Flexibility : Cycling increase stamina as you drive it and make you body more flexible.

(iii) increased cardiovascular fitness

How many calories one burn while cycling :

It is simple scale : a 160 lb person riding for 60 minutes at a speed of 12-14 mph would burn somewhere around 634 calories.
