Olive Oil Use and Benefits

Olive oil is very natural and source of mono saturated fat.It have huge antioxidant and showed less oxidation of LDL cholesterol . That's why very helpful in preventing from health disease.


Types of olive Oil :

Extra virgin - considered the best, least processed, comprising the oil from the first pressing of the olives.
Virgin - from the second pressing.
Pure - undergoes some processing, such as filtering and refining.
Extra light - undergoes considerable processing and only retains a very mild olive flavour.

Canola oil Vs Olive Oil :

Olive oil is far better than Canola oil due to mono saturated fatty acids .
