There are very simple steps which you can follow and easily loose 5-6 Kg in a month.
Drink Lot of water in morning after wake Up.
Do 10-15 minutes brisk walk in morning or in evening.
In Breakfast take lemon Juice or Orange Juice.It is very good for cut calories.
Avoid too much eating in Dinner. Eat as much less as you can. Take you dinner before sunset.
Take Black tea or green tea instead of common milk and sugar tea.
Above 5 point , make them regular in your life and at least you weight start reducing towards normal.
